Terms & Conditions – MR Executive Chauffeurs
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by MR Executive Chauffeurs. By making a booking with us, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
All journeys must be pre-booked in advance.
2. Minimum Fare
A minimum fare of £50 applies to all bookings made with MR Executive Chauffeurs.
3. Cancellations
- Less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled departure: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.
4. Passenger Conduct
MR Executive Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger who:
- Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or
- Behaves in a manner that may compromise the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
If a journey is terminated due to unreasonable behaviour, passengers will be dropped at the nearest safe location. Full payment for the journey will still apply.
5. Airport Meet & Greet
- Up to 60 minutes of parking charges are included in the fare.
- Drivers will enter the arrivals hall approximately 20 minutes after the flight reaches the gate, depending on flight origin, number of passengers, and luggage volume.
- For passengers with hand luggage only, the driver will enter arrivals as soon as the flight arrives at the gate.
6. Waiting Time
- Airport collections: 1 hour of waiting time from the moment the flight lands is included free of charge.
- All other collections: Normal Pickup 10 minutes free and waiting time will be charged, plus any applicable parking fees.
7. Zero-Tolerance Policy
MR Executive Chauffeurs operates a strict zero-abuse policy. Any physical or verbal abuse towards our drivers will result in immediate termination of the journey. Passengers will not be transported further and full payment will still be required.
8. Prices
Quoted and agreed prices are valid for 14 days from the date of confirmation.
9. Seat Belts & Child Seats
- All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
- MR Executive Chauffeurs accepts no responsibility for injury arising from failure to use seat belts.
- Child seats must be provided and fitted securely by the passengers. The company takes no responsibility for fitting or securing child seats.
10. Routes
Our drivers will select the most suitable route on the day of travel, considering traffic and road conditions. Clients may request an alternative route before the journey begins.
- Vehicles. Cancelled charges after 24 hours
- No addition of waiting time charges
- Normal pick up 10 minutes grace time
